What we collect

FranchiseGPT collects personal information in one place only: the form used to request the playbook. That form asks for your first name, last name, business email address and the franchise brand or company you represent. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information, and there is no contact form.

We also collect aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics — pages viewed, referring source, approximate region — through a single lightweight analytics tool. We do not sell data, run advertising pixels, or embed third-party ad scripts.

How we use it

The information you provide is used to send you the playbook and, occasionally, to email you when there is something genuinely worth reading. There are no automated nurture sequences and no sales follow-up triggered by your download. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and unsubscribing removes you from all future messages.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our email and CRM platform, which is used to deliver the playbook and any subsequent messages, and in a backup database record retained solely so that a delivery failure can be corrected. Access is limited to the site's maintainer.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted entirely. Requests are honoured. Deletion removes both the CRM record and the backup record.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics is configured to measure traffic without building profiles of individual visitors.
